I am a 39 year old male looking for the right roommate NO COUPLES please. I live in a quiet, clean, well maintained building located in the white oaks mall area.

Single room with double bed and a desk , shared living room and kitchen which separates the living spaces. The building has laundry, balcony. Nice outdoor space, grocery store within 5 minute walking distance, and pharmacy close by.
