Single room with double bed and a desk , shared living room and kitchen which separates the living spaces. The building has laundry, balcony. Nice outdoor space, grocery store within 5 minute walking distance, and pharmacy close by.

I am quiet , very clean, considerate, easygoing, and flexible. I am adaptable and accepting of change. Looking to rent to someone who is clean and quiet. Preferably someone looking for long term but short term will also be considered.
