Located in Port Credit Village, with lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Room has lakefront view in Port Credit harbour. I am offering shared accommodation, renting a fully furnished room in my two bedroom apartment, overlooking the lake for $1350 a mth. The rent includes internet, Netflix, Prime, cable TV. I have two cats that are friendly and keep to themselves. I am offering a shared kitchen and bathroom, and living/dining rm., There’s laundry facilities in the building, as well as, a swimming pool, sauna, squash court and exercise room. Parking is at an extra charge per month. However, it is a very safe area and previous tenants have parked on the street without any problems. There’s a bus stop at the end of the street and the port credit Go Station is about 15 minutes walk. I work at a local school. Available June 1, 2026. First and last months rent, credit check or letter from employer, and 2 references required. Deposit may be required. I will consider renting to two people the rent would be $1550 for two people.
