Shared Accommodation on lakefront. Located in Port Credit Village Harbour, with lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Room has lakefront view. I am offering shared accommodation, renting 1 fully furnished room in my two bedroom apartment, overlooking the lake for $1200 a mth. The rent includes internet, Netflix, Prime, cable. The room is newly decorated, has a new desk and chair, double bed, large dressing table, side table, armchair, mini fridge, large closet. The building has a large swimming pool, a gym, sauna, squash court on the ground floor. I have two cats that are friendly and keep to themselves. I am offering a shared kitchen and bathroom, and living/dining rm., There’s laundry facilities in the building . Parking is at an extra charge per month. However, it is a very safe area and previous tenants have parked on the street without any problems. There’s a bus stop at the end of the street and the port credit Go Station is about 15 minutes walk. I work at a local school. First and last months rent, credit check or letter from employer, Background check and 2 professional references required. Deposit may be required. I will consider renting to two people, the rent would be $1500 for two.
