Utilities between the separate basement suite tenant (21yM) and upstairs tenants (24yF) are split 35% basement, 65% between the upstairs tenants (your responsibility to set up ENMAX) Living room and kitchen on the main floor are completely furnished, upstairs has two master bedrooms, one being occupied by 24yF the other will be yours which includes a queen size mattress and bedframe (used for three months, no stains, unable to take to my new house.) walk in closet and balcony. Damage deposit of $745 is required, the move in date will be February 15 2023 with an additional balance of $372.50 due. As an incentive I am leaving my damage deposit of 745$ to cover your last months rent. the landlord may require proof on income.
About the roomies
The 21yM in the basement works nightshifts, very quiet and keeps to himself. The 24yF upstairs works shift work. I 24yF, have moved to Strathmore with my boyfriend and no longer need a place in the city. You would be taking over the lease until August 15 2023, renewal would be between you and the current 24yF and landlord. The total rent is $1490 if come August you wish to be the sole tenant.
