Hello. I’m renting a fully furnished Master Bedroom with private bathroom in my 1912 Craftsman. The 1600 sf main floor has the Master, a spare bedroom and my clinic(I’m a RMT and tx 10-15 patients a week from the front office). I’m upstairs in the attached 800sf loft. I’m Mainly looking for a student and asking 1200 month which includes everything(utilities, wifi 43“TV, laundry, bedding, etc) and the use of my 500 sf gym in the basement. All you need is your suitcase.

I’m A RMT Have a cat. Catnip is as effective as deet in warding off mosquitoes. Apparently a cat can completely digest an entire rat within 10-24 hours. You have to write something here, I’m not a crazy cat person(yet).
