Monthly rent is $1300 (includes internet, and power and parking)

The room is unfurnished and the living room is mostly unfurnished so there is room for your stuff. I can also furnish the rooms before you move in.

Below the building is a thriftys, coffee shops, many restaurants and amenities in the area. It’s a 2 minute walk to Dallas road and a 5 min walk downtown.

No other animals as my cat likes to be an only child.

Outside of work I’m a gamer so I tend to spend most of my free time chilling in my room and don’t make much use of the rest of the apartment. If you love to cook and use the living room it’s all yours.
