Available now. Shared two bedroom apartment, excellent upscale location near the parliament buildings in Victoria. all amenities close by. Beautiful views of the ocean. Secure underground parking included. Quiet, clean, mature person, who loves animals is needed as a roommate. I have a cuddly cat.

Monthly rent is $1150 plus utilities ($50ish for power, $75 for internet)

The room is unfurnished and the living room is mostly unfurnished so there is room for your stuff. I can also furnish the rooms before you move in.

Below the building is a thriftys, Starbucks, many restaurants and amenities in the area. It’s a 2 minute walk to Dallas road and a 5 min walk downtown.

This is also a pet friendly apartment. I am open to having another fur baby in the apartment if they get along with my cat (open to all types of animals).

Outside of work I’m a gamer so I tend to spend most of my free time chilling in my room and don’t make much use of the rest of the apartment. If you love to cook and use the living room it’s all yours.

Im an easy going 32 year old male living with my 5 year old cat. I’m quite introverted and keep to myself. I like to play video games in my free time so im mainly in my room with my cat.

I currently work doing out of school care at the local community center at 7:15am. I also work at a dispensary on the weekends. My days off are Wed-Friday but I still do morning care so I don’t stay up to late. In the summer I will transition to 8-430 min-fri.

I’m deaf in one ear so noise doesn’t bother me. I can sleep through most anything.

I will respect your privacy and personal space and I expect the same. I don’t mind the occasional guest or party as long as it’s not 7 days a week.
