This room comes with a queen size bed, a walk-in closet, study desk, dresser desk, and lots of storage space. It is 2 floor house with full-size kitchen, large dining room and living room. Beautifully decorated house for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
The place is 8 minutes direct bus ride from New West Skytrain Station. The bus comes frequently every 15 minutes.
The place is 5 minutes walk to Tim Hortons, lots of restaurants, cafes and 10 minutes walk to Walmart, Royal City Center Mall, New West Library, gym and much more! Everything you need within walking distance.
We are close to Douglas College, SFU, and JIBC, BCIT
