Located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the Mount Dennis neighborhood, positioned near the top of a hill overlooking West-lake Park. The house comes with in unit laundry, heated floors in the kitchen/washroom and air conditioning. It is surrounded by park space and a 10 minute walk from Nofrills, York Rec center (free access to the gym/pool) and the new Eglinton LRT Mount Dennis station, which is currently servicing the UP and GO trains whether you’re travelling downtown, to Kitchener or catching a flight. There’s also a bus stop at the top of the street that brings you straight to Keele or Jane TTC subway station.

More amenities and businesses within a 2 km radius include The Stock Yards Village, multiple grocery stores, Humber river, the Black creek trail, Scarlett Woods golf course, Eglinton Flats Tennis Club, Topham Pond, etc.
