The unit includes in-unit laundry, air conditioning, kitchen and bathroom in-floor heating and a fresh-air ERV system, making it comfortable year-round.

The location is surrounded by green space and is a 10-minute walk to No Frills, the York Recreation Centre (free access to gym and pool), and Mount Dennis station, which connects to Line 5 Eglinton LRT, the Kitchener GO line, and the UP Express. From here, it’s just 15 minutes by train to Union Station or Pearson Airport. A bus stop at the top of the street provides easy access to Keele or Jane subway stations.

Within a 2 km radius you’ll find Stockyards Village shopping center, multiple grocery stores, the Humber River, Black Creek Trail, Scarlett Woods Golf Course, Eglinton Flats Tennis Club, and Topham Pond.
