Very cozy apartment located on the first floor of a duplex in Montréal-Nord, about 20 minutes from the St-Michel, Sauvé, and Henri-Bourassa metro stations.
The apartment has 4 private rooms. It’s a very clean and respectful home, and we all share the kitchen, living room, and one bathroom.
🐶 Pets: Two friendly dogs live in the apartment. They are the only animals allowed by the owner.
Laundry: The laundry room is shared with two other people plus you.
We keep the space clean and respect each other’s space, so we’re looking for someone who is also clean, respectful, and responsible.
About the roomies
.We are very quiet and respectful people, but we also understand that sometimes everyone needs to relax and enjoy themselves. The owner regularly cleans the apartment, and we all do our part to keep the place tidy. Some house rules are listed in the kitchen for everyone to follow so the space stays comfortable for everyone.It is a clean, calm, and respectful home, ideal for someone who appreciates a peaceful living environment.
