The townhouse is located in a quiet neighbourhood right near the Bow river and a short walk from downtown Inglewood. It’s 4 stories with a living room and kitchen that get tons of natural light, a basement, 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a deck.

Your room has an ensuite and huge walk-in closet, and rent includes all utilities, Wi-Fi, parking, snow removal, and lawn care. The place is almost entirely furnished - your bedroom just needs a mattress. Rent is $1250 per month.

About Me: I’m a female professional in my late twenties, and I primarily work from home. I love the outdoors, music/singing, writing, and wine nights. I also love to cook (I’m vegan, although happy to live with those who aren’t). Happy to hang out and do things with a roommate, and also happy to keep to ourselves (would consider myself an ambivert)! I’ve lived with roommates many times in the past, and I am flexible with how we live together.

About Ginny: She’s a 1.5 year old rescue English cocker who is the sweetest dog you’ll meet and has a huge personality. She barely sheds, but she does occasionally bark at loud sounds or other dogs walking by. She wants to be friends with everyone!
