A fully-furnished private room is available for rent in a 3-bedroom townhouse condo in a prime location in Southwest Kitchener. The property comes equipped with modern furnishings and appliances for comfortable and hassle-free living. Just bring your luggage.

Please note: NO SHARING The room is not for share. Only one person per room. The house has three bedrooms, so at any given time, I would like to maintain a maximum of three residents to ensure adequate space and privacy. However, overnight guests and visitors are welcome.

***NO SMOKING ON THE PREMISE *** Also, note that the property is a smoke-free zone, and smoking is prohibited on the premises. However, one can go outside and smoke in a designated area.

Steps to confirm booking:

1.) Identity Check: Verify your identity with any one of the following documents:

• Canadian passport.
• PR card.
• Driver’s license.
• Provincial photo ID card (not including health card).
• Study/Work Permit

2.) Proof of Solvency: Show proof of ability to pay rent on time with any two of the following documents:

• Pay stubs from the last three months
• An employment letter
• Last three months’ bank statements
• Latest tax return

3.) Payment for booking: The first month’s and last month’s rent($999 each), totalling $1998, will be payable in advance. Upon receipt of payment, the room will be reserved, and the advertisement will be removed. Payments can be made online via Interac e-Transfer or by cheque.

4.) Sign a Lease Agreement.

Tenant insurance(optional). No credit checks.

I am flexible for both short-term stays (6 months) and long-term stays (12 months), and welcome all individuals regardless of gender, race, and religion. To indicate your interest, please provide your name, background information, and occupation.

For a viewing, you can schedule a visit anytime during the week, as I work from home and will be available most of the time. Kindly provide an hour’s notice before your visit. I will also be happy to arrange a virtual tour through WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Meet or Facetime. Message me for the address and contact details.

At present, you will be sharing the premises with me, Akash, a chilled-out millennial who builds software for a living. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, listening to my favorite music on my AirPods, and watching TV shows or soccer matches. During the summer, I am more active outdoors and love to go hiking and play tennis. As your housemate, I will respect your freedom and privacy, and expect the same in return. I am always open to lighthearted banters, debates, and conversations on social trends/topics, and I am also a big fan of Harry Potter, Middle Earth, and Soccer. In the near future, we may expect to welcome another housemate.
