About the roomies
We are a small family that lives in the upper part of the house, and is looking to rent the basement suite. There are two bedrooms with a shared bathroom on one side. The one bedroom is occupied by a female upper year, Psychology graduate. She has been renting for consecutive years. As well, a third bedroom will be occupied by a female Psychology student. She has her own bathroom.
