We are currently looking for a roommate to rent the 3 bedroom in a basement suite. The place is fully furnished, utilities included, and modern looking with large windows and lots of natural light. It is less than a 10 min walk to the Brentwood station and about a 15 min walk to UofC. Looking to rent to a uofc student!

We are looking for a female UofC student. Myself and the other roommate are going into our 3 year of undergrad at UofC. We are both clean, friendly, and balance school and fun!! We value privacy, and would love to get to know our potential roommate before finalizing!
