Proximity to multiple bus stops, Confederation Leisure Centre, walking distance to Duggan mall and health centre, Edmonton public library, and 15 minutes drive to downtown.
Rental period: 6 months with possibility of renewal if interested.
Monthly rent: $800 [ Heat, Water, Internet, Cable, and Laundry] Renter responsible for 50% of electricity bill
