Looking for a roommate, it’s a shared bathroom and laundry is just down the hall, it’s an open concept apartment on the 4th floor with a view of downtown, there’s a small kitchen intergraded with the living room, water bill is included hydro isn’t

I’m quite an introverted person, the only time I’m loud is when I’m playing games in the living room which I game from 9pm-2am but have no issue being quiet . I’m a cook so I’m proficient in the kitchen. I typically work late or into the evening, the neighbours are quiet from what I’ve noticed. I’d prefer someone who also knows how to clean and just takes care of where they live and is chill
