About the room
The area: 5 min walk to Coop, 10 to Save On or Walmart. 20 mins walk to Heritage Station. Heck, there’s a really nice community garden nearby if you wanted to do that.
There’s underground parking ($60 to 100\month), reserved parking lot parking ($40 a month), or free street parking nearby. Bus stop right outside the door, too. Nice views with a north facing.
The apartment is a 2 bed, 1 bath. Shared bathroom (With a ton of storage), 1 bedroom is all yours. The main space is nice and open, with a galley style kitchen. I’ve got a reasonably nicely stocked kitchen, as I am a cooking nerd.
About the roomies
I’m 38, and generally a pretty quiet, keep to myself kind of guy. Board games are my “noisy” hobby, and I try to keep to a weekly game day on Saturday afternoons (Which you’d be invited to!). I work in an office M-F. I’m a pretty heavy sleeper, so I’m not too worried about reasonable noise.
