There are three bedrooms. I live in one of them. The second room is used for storage. I am looking for a working professional roommate to occupy the third room. Rent is $900 a month.

All utilities included (wireless internet/gas/hydro/water/laundry). Parking available for $50/month.

Move in date of June 1st or later.

The apartment includes:

• Separate entrance
• Full kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave)
• 1.5 washrooms (I will only share the main washroom with you so I can shower. Other than that, the main washroom is your space entirely)
• Living room area
• Ample storage
• Brand new furnishings (bright lights, big windows, hardwood flooring and tiles)

Please provide:

• First and last month’s rent
• $300.00 security deposit
• Government photo ID
• Last 3 pay stubs

I work from home and may be attending school from home later this year. I’m laidback and enjoy my personal space. Just looking for someone who can reciprocate the respect and maintain a clean environment. If that’s you, we will get along perfectly fine.
