Large south facing room with storage space, clean home, big shared kitchen, two shared bathrooms, big back yard with only rare glimpses of neighbours, deck with BBQ, close to bus route which goes to the college / university, close to public beach, homeowner responsible for maintenance, room can be partially furnished or unfurnished, lease terms can be negotiable, prefer student rental from August / September to April / May, no smoking of any kind inside, no pets as small older non-hair-shedding dog already in residence, free Mental Health First Aid training included, prefer females or those who identify as female, nonbinary, transgender, two spirit, queer or other but will consider quiet males.

The house is mostly a quiet retreat, share the house with quiet kind homeowner and occasionally family and friends visiting but no loud parties or disruptive behaviours. Occasional boisterous kitchen conversations. Homeowner teaches a virtual class (Mental Health First Aid) several times a month from living room, the small dog only barks when someone knocks on a door, if you prefer to keep to yourself that will be respected, if you like socializing we can chat it up occasionally too or even join any kitchen conversations. Boundaries will be discussed, respected and revisited.
