Single father of a 7 year old boy seeking a roommate to supplement income for rent and expenses. My son stays with me Fri-Sun bi-weekly, so roommate should be ok with children and a bit of noise. Details: 1 room for rent in a 2 bedroom apartment on a monthly basis. 5 minute walk to Don Mills Station, across from Fairview mall and 15 minute walk to Seneca College. Laundry is on first floor (card operated). Hydro and Wifi are included. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. Room has a mattress and covers if needed. I like to keep the communal areas as clean as possible and noise at a reasonable level between 7am and 11pm. Students or working individuals preferred.

I am 36, working professional, Latin Canadian, single-parent. My 7 yr-old son stays with me occasionally. I work full-time 8-4pm. I am typically in my room when I’m not working or at the gym. I stay to myself and don’t typically host guests. I like to cook my own food and clean up pots and pans after myself to prevent strong odours. There’s also a shih tzu puppy named Elsa.
