1 room in a 2bedroom apartment on a month-to-month basis. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. 5 minute walk to Don Mills Station, across from Fairview mall and 15 minutes to Seneca College. Laundry on first floor. Hydro and Wifi are included. Room can is furnished with a mattress and linens or you can bring your own furniture. I’d like to keep the communal areas as clean as possible and noise at a reasonable level between 7am and 11pm.

I’m 33, a working professional of latin descent. I work from the office 3 days a week and 2 days at home. My office is set up in the dining area, but I am typically in my room when not working or at the gym. I stay to myself and don’t typically host guests. I do like to cook my food and will clean up pots and pans after myself.
