Room For Rent with Private Bathroom! You need a vehicle.

Furnished room for rent in a mini home comes with double bed,dresser, and an armoire and bonus you have your own bathroom.

It is located on Highway 690 in Clark’s corner 40 minutes outside of the Fredericton city limits and 20 minutes from Oromocto (base Gagetown).

The tenant cannot have any pets(NO PETS) But must be an animal lover as I have three dogs and two cats.

Rent would be $600 a month or if you do it weekly it’s $150.00 a week paid by etransfer or cash every Monday this includes your Hydro and unlimited Internet. There is lots of parking for your vehicle.

The tenant has access to the living room and kitchen area which includes a stove a fridge and a microwave. But you are responsible for buying your own food and cooking your own meals.

I work full-time and I will give preference to someone who works or that may be retired. You have to be responsible trustworthy and respectful to myself, my pets and my home.

No Smoking inside my home at all. There is a patio door in your room that leads out to the patio if you wish to smoke.

There is also a washer and dryer in the home that you will have access to or if you wish I can do your laundry with mine whatever you prefer. But you supply your laundry detergent.

You are also required to give 30 days notice if you are moving out or leaving please and thank you. Otherwise your rent is non refundable.

Just me living here a female and I work fulltime mon-Fri 7-5. I have dogs and cats, so you must like animals, but you are not welcome to bring an animal in. I am outgoing, bubbly, mature, and just like a mother hen. I really don’t know what else I supposed to say. So if you have any questions, just ask I’m very easy-going washer and dryer on site in house. Lots of parking more so in the summertime, then in the winter time due to the snow. I’m not much of a winter person I love spring and summer and fall. I would like someone who is either working base Gagetown is not far I have had a military man here for awhile he has since retired hence why the room is up for rent. Or someone that is retired.
