We are looking for a new long term roommate, house is fully furnished so no need for extra furniture. One bedroom available, shared common spaces (living room, kitchen, basement, laundry room and garage) big backyard with deck and lots of planters, plenty of driveway space.

utilities is split evenly amongst all roommates average $120-150 no set rate (depending on season)

We are (22-24yos) looking for someone around our age range that has a job and is respectful!
