This apartment is off 17th ave/beltline downtown calgary. Bit of a Vintage feel on the interior, preserved detailing if you enjoy a unique or antique feel In a very modern environment. The bathroom is very simple, feels like a hotel bathroom with nice lighting and bathtub jets! There is in unit laundry machines, Everything you need is most likely walking distance and if you enjoy going out there’s tons of restaurants and bars if you walk in any direction. The building is surprisingly quiet , you hear doors open and close but everyone else Is quite quiet. I am looking for one tenant to move in asap-april☆
