The apartment is a two-bedroom it’s not super big but it’s very cozy and has all new appliances. The room is a good size. Bathroom is shared with just one roommate who is not home during the day. It’s on the main floor. The backyard is the lake with bike and running traills. The room can come furnished or unfurnished. Right now it has a very comfortable Queen bed with drawers below , as well as a white chest of drawers , mirror and side table.
I work security now at a hospital. Days.. the nights are pretty much eat and go to sleep. Looking for a male or female student or working person The room suits both. I don’t expect anyone super quiet but just respectful after 11:00 p.m. I’m okay with smoking weed or cigarettes in the living room only just open the window. I’m super easy to get along with. The apartment building is situated on the Lakeshore and the backyard is pretty much the lake : it’s very beautiful.
