Looking to share one of our furnished master bedrooms with ensuite with a working executive, student on a short term basis. Just 15mins from YYC Airport, 20 mins Downtown, 5mins to Stoney Trail. Our townhome is located in safe & family oriented community of Redstone Nort East. Right opp. is the bus stop which takes you to C-train to downtown. Grocery, restaurants, pharmacy is just walking distance. Our Guest suite is fully furnished with all basic necessities and ensuite bath for complete privacy. Feel the comfort of your home with a large King bed with high quality mattress, comfy duvet & pillows. Smart TV with Netflix to keep you entertained. Free High Speed WIFI & all utilities included. Coffee & tea. Bathtub to relax & unwind. Towels & toiletry provided. The space overview: The guest suite is located inside our 2 bed townhome. The guest will need to use the stairs to access the room. It is beautifully designed keeping in mind all that you will need for a comfortable stay with us!

• There is Laundry room equipped with a washer & dryer with soap. Please note that all prescribed Covid -19 regulations and precautions are being adhered to strictly to ensure the safety of all our guests. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the shared living room, kitchen & patio. They can park their cars on the free street parking. We also have visitors parking (availability may vary)

You will be sharing the space with our family. We are a couple with a 4 year old toddler boy. We are quiet & easy going people and respect each others space & privacy. Our townhome is located in a safe & family oriented community its very quiet and serene. We expect the same level of quietness from you after 9pm.
