This is a one-year rental agreement with possible extension. Looking for professional, working, mature female who is polite, respectful, and tidy. You are responsible to keep your area clean.

No couples or dependents. No pets. No smoking/drugs. No over night guests. Non-religious home.

Bus stop right outside. Safe walk-able neighborhood. 10 minute walk to McKenzie Towne for groceries, restaurants, coffee shop, GoodLife gym, yoga studio and banks. Shopping district at 130th SE is a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive.
