I just moved in to a bright condo on the 31st floor of West Village. (https://westvillagetowers.com/gallery/). It’s 2 bedroom 2 bath and utilities are included except for electricity and internet. Total rent is $2762 before the split. It’s brand new and you can be the first person ever to use your shower lol. Your room is south facing and gets tons of light through the day. There’s a gym on the 40th floor and social rooms to use too. Has bike storage in the parkade and ensuite laundry. Super close to transit and groceries.

I’m pretty laid back and open minded. I like to meet new people but also be introverted when I’m focused. I love the outdoors, riding a bike around, and hanging out with friends. I work in solar and often a lot of evenings and even sometimes in the states so you’ll have the place to yourself a lot. I like to keep things clean cause it feels good but I’m not a nazi about schedules. The place is pretty empty as I’m starting from scratch so we can have some fun making it into a home.
