It will just be me in the master bedroom. I’m a 28 year old male working in finance/insurance industry downtown. I work from home 3 days a week.

Also I am temporarily hosting two Ukrainian refugee girls who sleep in the living room. This is why the rent is lower than you expect. I understand it’s an unconventional living arrangement with four people sharing common spaces. But again, you have your own bathroom, the girls will use my bathroom. They expect to move out in about two month but might be earlier or later. I will NOT increase your rent when they move out. *for this reason we can only accept female roommate, to be considerate to the Ukrainian ladies already living here

Prefer roommates that can keep things quiet after 11 pm. I don’t want to control your social life but if you always come home at 2 am then that can be disruptive to everyone’s sleep.
