• Looking for someone who is Clean, mature and responsible individual to fill up the available room.
• Everyone has its own space like Cupboard, pantry and and fridge/freezer.
• All bedrooms comes with chair and has a built-in closet.
• There are 2 full bathroom. So bathroom is split for ladies and gentlemen( 1 for males and 1 for females) -price mention is for single occupancy (room cannot be shared)
• Price is a working outside home. (Work from home is negotiable.)
• Free Wi-Fi, electricity, heat, & water
• 6-12 months agreement
• Furnished rooms and common area- Washer and dryer available in-unit
• Weekly light cleaning of common areas to maintain cleanliness free of charge.
• Air conditioning, central heating, and room space heaters are provided.
• No pets allowed
• No parties
• No smoking (any type of substance) in all areas inside home.
• No parking at the premises but there is a free 14 hours weekdays and 16 hours weekends street parking just a minute walk from the house.
• $300 damage deposit security ( upon leaving the area, inspection will be held in your room, and designated cupboards and pantry and if you damage not of wear and tear, your security deposit will be use against it according to amount assessment of damage. But if NO damage, your deposit will be refundable in full upon leaving.)

Roomies are quite, respectful and set boundaries. They clean up after themselves and responsible enough in the house. You can also talk to them as your old friends and also helpful. Tenants are very clean so don’t think about the cleanliness to the common areas. So, I am looking for someone who is mature, clean after him/herself in common areas( no dirty plates in the sink, kitchen counter, clean toilet, etc).
