Room in house Located in beautiful Sandy Hill, 2 minutes from Strathcona Park/ Rideau River trail and very accessible to many amenities. This home is a prime location for students/interns or young professionals loving the benefits of downtown living within a residential haven.

Overall House Description: The owners occupy the main floor and second floors, and the main entrance is shared. This home has “wow” factor. Stately century home, built-in 1902, retains original architectural features with a modern aesthetic. It is uniquely designed to accommodate a family and private guest(s).

Floors 3 and 4: The stairs to the third floor lead you to your own bedroom, featuring a double bed, dresser, night table, desk, desk chair, lamp(s), and a reading chair (all included). There is one full bathroom.
And finally, the top floor is a delightfully designed space with a kitchen, half bathroom, dining/sitting area, and laundry room. This space is specifically furnished and allocated for guest use.
We welcome females, with a preference for a quiet environment.

Note: All utilities/ unlimited wi-fi included in rental fee.

We are a professional couple, and currently empty nesters. The third and fourth floors of our home are designated for roomers/guests. Our guests tend to prefer a quiet environment, but can also appreciate being sociable when needed.
