This is a large room that easily fits a queen size bed and desk + chair. The room gets a lot of natural light with floor to ceiling windows and a South-East facing view. You will have your own bathroom (not en-suite). The room is unfurnished, the rest of the condo is fully furnished.

• Internet (1GB line speed) is currently $56.50 and split equally.
• Hydro is about $75-$90 and split equally.

The unit has a a parking space that is being rented out ($130 per month), you will get half of that amount every month. There is plenty of parking spaces available to rent if you have a vehicle. The unit does not have a locker. I have setup a space in the den to neatly store extra items that you don’t want in your room like travel suitcases or boxes(see attached picture).

The condo building has a well equipped gym, swimming pool, sauna and entertainment room and bike racks outside. (see pictures)

The condo is centrally located in CityPlace, close to Sobeys, Shoppers, RBC, CIBC and a Starbucks.

I am a 34 year old man, I work from home full time as Business Analyst in the software development environment. Most days I’m focused on work, going to my local CrossFit, playing games, reading and trying to improve my cooking skills. I usually spend one or two nights a week away from home visiting my partner. I am somewhat introverted but that usually doesn’t last long once I feel comfortable with someone. I would like to find a roommate that enjoys the occasional chat and being friendly while we both understand and respect privacy and boundaries. I don’t smoke, I don’t drink often and I don’t host parties at the condo and rarely have anyone over. Ideally I would like a roommate that also wants a quieter home environment. I like to keep common spaces clean and tidy and would expect a roommate to respect the necessity for sharing the workload when it comes cleaning and taking out the trash etc.

• I have no pet allergies so if you have a dog or a cat that’s great - if they shed a lot just clean up regularly.
• I sometimes babysit my partner’s dog, he is a very sweet and social Maltipoo mix (see picture)
