Hello, One bedroom available as of May 30, in a bright, peaceful furnished 4 1/2 ( 2 bedroom) apartment located steps away from Jolicouer metro. The residential area is quiet and safe. It is close to all ammenities: parks, bike path, tennis courts, aquadome etc. Access to backyard/garden in summer may be possible :)
It is a short subway ride to downtown Montreal ( Dawson, Concordia, McGill and UQAM ) It is available to young professionals / graduate students. N.B. Rent is slightly negotiable based on planned length of stay.
About the roomies
After a 5+ year stay, Shailesh who wouldbe been your flatmate,….will be moving on tentatively for May 1st, 2026 which will allow you to have the final say on who your flatmate will be going forward. Typically students stay for the entire period of their studies, so you’d have stability and peace of mind should you chose to remain :] Welcome to Montreal and good luck with your search!
