Very close to Bowen park, great for all kinds of recreation. 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk to VIU. Pets are welcome, but as per strata, must be under 20lb.

About the roomies

I’m a 30 year old guy, working full time in the trades. Pretty quiet and easy going. I like to host friends a couple nights a week for games. Happy to socialize.
