I have a room available for a mature professional in a 3 bdrm & 2 bthrm condo located next to Bramalea City Center, Brampton. The condo is newly renovated, bright and open with large windows. It has central heat/AC as well as a washer and dryer. It’s only a few minutes walk from Freshco, Metro, Tim Hortons, LCBO, The Beer Store and many restaurants. There is a bus stop right in front of the building, and parking is available at an extra charge of $60 a month that you’d pay directly to the Building Management. It is in a safe/secure building with 24hr security. You will also have access to the tennis court, outdoor pool, bbq area, gameroom, gym and sauna. First and last months rent, proof of employment, references and a background check are required.

I work full-time here in Toronto but i generally fly home on my days to be with me wifeanddaughters. I am very easy going, and respectful of other peoples space and property. I am looking for someone who shares the same qualities.
