A parking space is available if needed. The rooms are partially furnished if needed. Modern open concept livingroom, kitchen, dining room on main floor. No males, no couples. It is a non-smoking home. There is 1 small dog in the home.

I am a professional female. I work from home about 70% of the time. I’m easy going and sociable. Respectful of others space and privacy. It’s a bonus if you are able to help take the dog out for a quick pee when I’m working in Toronto (usually 2 days a week).
