I am looking for one roommate (no couples or pets please) to share a beautiful, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome in the heart of Crescent Heights, Calgary, and only 5 minutes from downtown. The move-in date is July 1st and the rent will be $1100 per month, plus shared utilities. Internet, Netflix, and Amazon prime are included in rent. The lease will be on a month-to-month term, providing flexibility and convenience for both roommates.

The townhome is located in a prime location, just steps away from a bus stop, making it easy to get around the city. It is fully furnished with modern amenities and appliances, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, gas range stove, a microwave, and a semi automatic espresso machine. As a roommate, you will have your own private bedroom (the room comes unfurnished) with a spacious closet, and your own large bathroom with a full bathtub. You will share the common areas with myself. This unit is non-smoking, has air conditioning, and there is a driveway, as well as plenty of street parking
