Nice room close to Laval University, wooden floors, high ceilings, newly renovated kitchen. Lovely area with lots of grocery stores, shops, cafés and restaurants, many parks and green spaces within walking distance. The stop of the metrobus 805 to Laval University is 5 minutes away, and the bus connection to Old Quebec is at the street corner.
