Bedroom is available with Queen Bed. Shared kitchen and bathrooms and Laundry on-site. Photo identification is needed prior to moving into the home. $50 deposit is needed to hold your spot. $950 per month.
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances for day to day use. The home has a large backyard privately fenced with a firepit, BBQ and patio furniture to enjoy outdoors for the lovely spring/summer weather to come.
A non government contract “roomate” (boarder) contract is needed to be signed.
No parties allowed as others work in the morning. Close to Fanshawe College main campus. Close to the London airport. Close to the 401. Bus stop just outside the house.
About the roomies
