Ideal for international students. Friendly and safe neighbourhood, with nearby park, and a 15 minute walk to Ossington subway station (Delaware Exit). This quiet and respectful household includes a friendly cat, female graduate students and a female high school teacher. Share washroom and kitchen with 2 others. Designated space for items in washroom and food in kitchen. Shared access to a lovely secluded zen garden and back patio. Rent includes household items such as dish/hand soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper/paper towels, cleaning supplies. Close to trendy Bloor, Ossington and Geary Streets with cafes, brew pubs, restaurants and shops. Suitable for one person. Female homeowner lives on premises.
