Looking for a FEMALE roommate in my 2-bedroom, pet & smoke-free apartment starting May 1!

Located in the heart of Crescent Heights, this apartment is perfect for a student or young professional looking to live in a more central location. You would have your own private room (cute wallpaper/lighting included) and the bathroom is shared. There is so much storage in the bathroom, though, it would feel like you have your own space.

Rent is $1600 split between the two of us ($800/mo). Everything is included in the rent except for Internet, which we would split (each pay $39.50/mo).

I just moved in and am in the process of furnishing the shared living spaces, you would just need to furnish your bedroom (if you have some furniture/kitchen supplies, though, we can talk 😊).

I’m a 25-year-old masters student/young professional. I work in healthcare as a music therapist, so although I generally live a quiet lifestyle, I do make some noise from time to time (only on occasion though). 🎶 I work during the day and am taking online courses at the moment, but when I have free time you’ll usually find me outside, watching a good show, or working on my latest knitting/macrame/art/gardening project.

I prefer to be very clean and organized, so I’m looking for someone who prefers the same! I do like my space, but I will rarely turn down a little hang out to watch a movie or have a little bevy on the balcony after work.
