*Still under renovation, will be ready for April 1st. Big room+walking closet+new furniture+heated parkade in a freshly renovated 2-bedroom condo on the third floor of this building. Renfrew is a great location that I’m just starting to discover. It’s quaint, close to downtown, but also close to major roadways.

I’m a 45-year-old professional female. I bought this condo to be closer to a new job, but I don’t live in this condo full-time. My home is in the Bow Valley and that’s where I go back when I’m not in the city. I’m very busy and active and when I come back home I need a clean and quiet environment. I’m also looking forward to sharing my living space and getting to know a new human being (ideally a female)!
