I have two jobs, one of which is from home. There are times it requires me to spend a lot of time on the phone. This can include the middle of the night. If you are a light sleeper, this may not be the space for you. Some of my hobbies are; my tropical plants, I have a lot, and I enjoy propagating them and gifting them to others. I enjoy cooking and baking, especially for holidays and special occasions.

My ideal roommate would be someone who works away from home, but the right local person would be great too!
