One bedroom for rent in North Bay. House is currently 4 female students, looking for a 5th female student. All utilities included (including internet), no parking available in driveway and no overnight parking on street. Close to Nipissing and Canadore with bus stop 5 minute walk away. Laundry on site. Lease starts May 1st 2023. House is fully student licensed. Room comes with a twin bed and desk, or unfurnished.
