Hi folks, I’m looking to rent out two bedrooms in my townhouse. Looking for female housemates. Move in date is ideally June 1st, but can be earlier/later depending on the candidate :)

Located in the new neighborhood of Greenwich, a 5 min walk to the new Calgary Farmers Market.

Bedroom 1 - Furnished - $900/month + 30% utilities: This room comes fully furnished with a comfortable bed which can be removed if preferred.

Bedroom 2 - Unfurnished - $700/month + 30% utilities: This room is unfurnished and also has its own bathroom with a shower. I’m happy to furnish this room as well if given enough time

The second floor with the kitchen and living room is the main shared space. There are 3 private rooms with their own bathrooms in the unit, one bedroom being my own.

Other amenities include: Wifi included, street parking, washer, dryer, next door to a park, and a security system (Ring)

Nearby: 15 min drive to SAIT, ~10 min drive to UoC, 2 min walk to bus #53

There is a Save on foods, Superstore, Goodlife fitness within a short driving distance. The place also has a lovely view of the COP. The living room is super cozy with lots of space and a fully equipped kitchen.
