About the room
Hey everyone! My current roommate is moving in with his gf, so I’m looking for a roommate for March or April! It’s a 2 bedroom +den, 2 bathroom house located in bridgeland , just minutes from downtown. Place comes fully furnished (like photos) including linens and kitchenware. I’m slowly decorating as I just moved in in January ( so either way if you have furniture or not could maybe work!) Parking available and has a patio overlooking downtown.
I would be renting the larger room(top floor) for 1600 and you would pay 1200 for the other room. Month to month lease works for me!
Unfortunately no dogs says the landlord , but cats negotiable☺️
