I am renting out a private 1 bedroom with your own 4 piece bathroom in a bright, happy and chill environment. Short term or long term rental with either furnished or unfurnished room are all options.

Located in central Guelph at the edge of the Ward, this 2nd story apartment includes:

• beautiful outdoor balcony with BBQ
• in unit full sized washer/dryer
• natural lighting, open concept space
• central AC/heat
• walking distance to amenities such as grocery stores, banks, gym, etc.

It is a 10 minute walk from downtown Guelph, 10 minutes from nearby trails, and a bus stop right outside the house. Great neighbours too. Shared spaces are kitchen/living room and washer/dryer room. Utilities of water, gas, and hydro included, internet is split.

This awesome 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment is shared with 1 other person (me!). I am an active, independent working professional in my mid-30’s who is into horticulture, ceramics, community building, and cheering on my favourite soccer team. I’ve done a lot of traveling, lived in many places, and know how to live well with others. I’ll be renting the room out to someone who has similar easygoing yet respectful manner.
