Hi there! Thanks for checking out my space. Room for rent is available May 1st. Price includes water, gas, and hydro. Internet is 50/50 split. Quiet, respectful working professional or mature student preferred. Single occupancy only.

For rent: a private 1 bedroom with your own 4 piece bathroom in a quiet, bright, happy, and calm environment. Located in central Guelph at the edge of the Ward, this 2nd story apartment has pretty much everything, such as:

It is a 10 minute walk from downtown Guelph, 10 minutes from nearby trails, and a bus stop right outside the house. Great neighbours too.

Shared spaces are kitchen/living room and washer/dryer room.

Short term of 4- 6 months is my preference, but willing to rent out to someone long term if the fit is right. This is a great option for people in transition, if you’re new to Guelph & surrounding area, or for people looking for a clean, modern, dependable temporary living circumstance.

This awesome 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment is shared with 1 other person (me!). I am an active, independent working professional who is into horticulture, ceramics, community building, and cheering on my favourite soccer team.
