About the room

Our house is a three story house with one basement. This room on the listing is on the top floor with it’s own balcony. The house is located near Eglington and Bayview. It has the plus of being located near Young & Eglington. Cineplex, Indigo books are located in Eglington Mall and the public library is also there. There is a metro supermarkets less than five minutes away on Eglington and Bayview. Sunnybrooke Hospital is located north on Bayview. Next to it is York University’s Glendon campus. South of Eglington & Bayview are the Bagel House which is open 24/7 and NoFrills which offers low prices groceries. Also northeast of Walder street is a park. Our house has a single driveway. Our backyard has a deck that can be used during the summers and a barbecue grill, also usable during summers.
