Hi! We are currently seeking a preferably college-aged roommate to live with us in Lethbridge at 50 Keystone Terrace West.
This is a rental that is $575 flat rate with internet and utilities included. The house is close-by to the University, about a 5 minute drive and a 35 minute walk and is optimal for student living. Another important aspect is that the house is a few blocks away from Aquitania boulevard which houses essential shopping commodities, such as a grocery store and a pharmacy.
The property is roughly around 1000 square feet. It has 4 bedrooms, (of which our next roommate will be living in a large bedroom downstairs) 2 bathrooms (one upstairs and downstairs) 2 kitchens (upstairs and downstairs) and two common areas. (upstairs and downstairs)
About the roomies
We are a group of men (Will, 22, Michael, 24, and Chayce, 25) and are enrolled at the University of Lethbridge. We are originally from Cranbrook, BC, and moved to Lethbridge in 2021. We enjoy the company of anyone who can keep up good and insightful conversation, and shares similar interests, such as music, games, manga, and movies.
