About the room

Winnipeg area: Transcona .Nice area, on a quiet street. Very close to a bus stop. All levels of shopping nearby. The kitchen & bathroom are shared. (Basement may have its own bathroom in the future). Has a fenced backyard with a bbq. Currently the basement is needing someone. Furnished, and has a queen sized bed. I dont have room for alot of storage. There are rules to be followed in this home. Everything up to code. Main floor room may become available as well. If a couple is needing a place, the rent will be higher than stated. Price is negotiable

I’m middle aged and looking for someone responsible,helpful, clean and like-minded. I love animals and expect the same from a potential roomie. I have a pet currently. This is a no party house, so if your an avid partier, this wouldn’t be suitable for you. Proof of income is required. ID is required, references, and possible background checks. Price is negotiable
