Furnished basement room in Old Ottawa South. Small but stylish bedroom. Enjoy the couch by the fireplace or sit outside in the backyard and have a BBQ. Small ‘kitchenette’ and rec room shared with roomie (stove/oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and entrance upstairs shared with homeowners). Laundry washer and dryer shared with roommate.

Great location! Bus stop is 1 min. away; 25 minute walk to U of O and Carleton University and CHEO/The Ottawa Hospital; 15 minute walk to St. Paul’s University. Lots of activities; 5 minute walk to: paddleboard, nature trail, tennis, cross-country ski by the river; jog/bike along the canal; 15 minute walk to Lansdowne and all of its activities. Available June 1.

Quiet middle-aged couple. Our adult children occasionally stay with us on the second floor. We do have a small dog (and a second dog who often visits). You will be sharing the basement area with a mid-twenties, very quiet, and respectful female who has the 2nd bedroom.
