Hey there! My roommate is moving to Toronto, so I am looking for a respectful and clean roommate to share a beautiful apartment in Mission on the river (5 min walk to 17 Ave). I’m renting a huge room with an incredible view. The room has an en-suite private bathroom. The apartment is 2-bed and 2-bath so no need to share bathrooms. The apartment is more than 1000 sqft so there is lots of space. You also get access to a gym, a social room for work and parties, and some common spaces in the building. The building is called The Mansions so you can look it up on Google. Heat and water are included but electricity and internet will be split half way monthly. The rent is $1000/month. There is some available covered parking for an additional $100/month. Preference is for a male roommate.

A little bit about me, I am a UX/UI Designer in the tech industry. I’m super outgoing and fun to live with. I am a good cook and I enjoy trying different cuisines. I am clean and like to have a peaceful space to call home. If you’re interested, please message me and you can come to view the space. the room will be available on the first of May.
